I am Abdulla Al Qasemi and my nationality is Emirati. I was born in Ras AL Khaimah in 1987 but now I live in Abu Dhabi to continue my education at the Higher College of Technology. It is my fourth semester in the college in course of civil engineering and I will graduate in two years. My favorite’s subjects are Math and English.
Currently, I have to learn to do this blog for my English course (eng 174). In this course I will create a blog to talk about the global warming and how to solve about this problem specifically in Abu Dhabi.
There are many purposes of creating this blog. First is that to increase and improve my skills in English. Second is that to have an ability to communicate with other students and with my teacher. Third is that you can have an opportunity to express your opinion to others. Finally, blogging has also made us aware of local communities and issues that we previously were ignorant of.
In the conclusion, I think the main purpose of the blog interaction and using blog is to inform people about things or news about what is happening in this world. Sometimes I think I need to thank the internet because I am able to connect with other people.
